As some will have already discovered, the COP Handbook website includes a suite of (free) precedent orders. We have recently updated a number of the precedent orders for welfare proceedings in light of case-law such as Re MN, and also taken the opportunity to add a new single ‘short order’ for authority to convey a person (for instance from home to a care home) in circumstances amounting to a deprivation of liberty.
